Lawrence O'Connell, fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Sat., Jan. 11, 1969, dear father of Lawrence and Beverly O'Connell, dear son of Loudon and the late Catherine O'Connell (nee Streb), former husband of Eloise O'Connell, brother of Evelyn Price, Mary Edna Donius, Mary Firtos and Margaret Donohue, our dear brother-in-law, uncle and cousin.

Funeral Wed., Jan. 15, 9:30 a.m. from the BUCHHOLZ Mortuary, 5967 West Florissant, to Transfiguration Church (Florisant). Interment Calvary, in parlors, 4 p.m. Mon.

Description:
One plane, piloted by Lt T.A. Murphy, with Staff Sergeant L.W. O'Connell as gunner, was lost. It was last seen leaving the formation in the vicinity of the target, going down in a glide. One chute was seen.
