Notes:
Nature of Accident: On take-off left wing dropped twice. Pilot said it was impossible to keep airplane flying so cut engines and made a "belly" landing.

Cause of Accident: Pilot noticed no change in engines, etc., and was too busy to watch intstruments. Co-Pilot had same experience. Left Governor Control Cable came off the Governor Control Wheel; the tension of the Speeder Spring allowed the left propeller to go into full high pitch, resulting in loss of power in left engine, necessitating a forced landing.
