Notes:
Nature of Accident: Normal landing ended in drainage ditch off Southwest end of Northeast-Southwest runway, 388 Ft. to the right of and 355 Ft. Southwest of end of Center line of runway.

Cause of Accident: Airplane electrical system went out while on apporach leg of landing, and after a normal landing, the brakes wouldn't work and airplane came to rest in drainage ditch, despite efforts of pilot to turn airplane to right and left on the sodded area of the flying field.
